RootBeer Recipe:
Rootbeer
Extract - add to water per
instructions on extract
Sugar - 3/4 lb per
gallon of water
Instructions:
Combine water and ingredients in a large
pot and heat to 150 F. Then, pour into a
corny keg and put 20 psi of CO2 on it.
Serve cold or over ice.
Birch

The
Queen's Diet RootBeer Recipe: Zero
Calories!
Rootbeer
Extract- add to water per
instructions on extract. Just buy
Rootbeer extracy from your grocery store.
The direction on ours called for 1
tablespoon per quart.
Splinda (Sugar
Substitute) - 3 cups per gallon of water
(not sure, did not write it down, add
Splinda to taste)
Instructions:
Combine water and ingredients in a large
pot and heat to 180 F. Then, pour into a
corny keg and put 25 psi of CO2 on it.
Serve cold or over ice.
The
Queen's Low Cal Frappacci mock :
Brew up a pot
or two of coffee- Brew the
amount for how much you want.
Splinda (Sugar
Substitute) - Add about a table spood per
cup or two. Add per your taste.
Creamer (Non dairy low
fat powder) - Add about a table spood per
cup.
Torani
Chocolate Syrup (get the one made with
Splinda, zero calories) - Add to taste.
You can get many different flavors.
Instructions:
Combine Coffee and ingredients in a large
pot and heat to 180 F. Then, pour into a
picture and refrigerate. If you want to
bottle it we used glass bottle with screw
off lids. We filled each bottle to about
3/4" from the top, then set them in
a boiling water bath with the lids on
loose. We boil it about 20 minutes then
turned off the fire and tightened the
lids and let cool. then refrigerate and
serve cold.
